of the oldest crops used for a spice and to produce oil, Sesame
has a sweet nutty flavour and texture and is used in large
quantities almost everywhere from North America to Japan and
Korea via the Middle East
uses:
Sprinkle the toasted seeds over salads or to top a fillet
of fish or chicken. Scatter sesame seeds over a dish of noodles
or mash.
