Not
a 'true' pepper but the fruit of a related plant, pink peppercorns
have a stunning colour and a very mild, sweet flavour. The
berries are fairly oily and will not grind or crush easily
unless used with a drier spice or salt. The berries can be
eaten whole and in this state add an exotic colour and interesting
flavour to your food.

Add to sauces, particularly creamy sauces for fish or steak.
Add to marinades or dressings.
