Our internet sales are handled by Protx or Paypal who provide an excellent level of security - for more information please click here. Both accept most major credit and debit cards.

The minimum order size is £5 and prices displayed on the website INCLUDE DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK (by first class post but there is a small charge added for international orders depending on the weight of the order). There are NO FURTHER CHARGES at the checkout.

For International Orders - please be aware that it's not possible to keep totally up-to-date with the current import regulations of every country in the world regarding duty, tax rates and agricultural restrictions. As the buyer you are regarded in law as the importer and are responsible for any duty, tax and import restrictions imposed by your countries customs. If you're unsure about your own country's regulations, we'd reccomend you contact your local Department of Agriculture / Customs to fully clarify any restrictions on the import of any of our products which you'd like to purchase.

Our spices are packed in clear re-sealable pouches which are perfectly suited for short periods of storage, for more information on how best to store spices for a longer period click here.

Orders will, in most cases, be posted to you by first class post within 48 hours from receipt of the order. There may be times when items are out of stock or unforseen difficulties that mean this is not possible. In this case we will contact you by email and give you a choice of waiting for the items to come back into stock, offer a substitute or a refund.

Any lost or damaged goods must be reported within 3 days. If you want to order any larger quantities than those shown please contact us and we will get back to you with a competitive price.
