Useful
in virtually any savoury dish, parsley adds a vibrant colour
and flavour used on its own or in conjunction with other herbs
and spices. Parsley dries and rehydrates very effectively
so can be added to any moist or warm dish either during cooking
or just before serving.
uses:
Stir into sauces, soups or stews. Add a pinch to mashed potato,
rice or couscous just before serving. Mix with softened butter
with garlic, lemon and a pinch of salt to make a useful flavoured
butter.
