Useful sweet flavour and distinctive fragrance for many South-East Asian dishes. The soft leaves are not very effective if cooked for any period of time but added at the end of cooking or sprinkled over a hot dish before serving the results are delicious.

uses: Add a pinch to stir-fries, curry, or soups. Mix with chopped tomato, chilli, diced onion and lime juice for a quick salsa
