A wide range of high quality dried herbs. Although the flavour of fresh is often preferred, the convenience of dried is always appreciated. In addition, there are some herbs such as oregano and thyme that intensify in flavour on drying and will add more to a slow-cooked dish than the equivalent fresh herb.

Highlights of this section include wonderful lemon myrtle with a fantastic fresh lemongrass scent and flavour, freeze-dried kaffir lime leaves that have a stunning colour and good flavour but also give the convenience of simply crushing or shreding the leaves and adding to a Thai curry or soup. Also wild oregano on the branch gives a beautiful floral flavour when the leaves are rubbed off into a salad or hot dish.

As the herbs are packed in clear bags, if you would like to keep them for more than a couple of weeks, it would be best to decant the contents into an airtight container to avoid losing colour and flavour.
