A long (about 4 feet!) string of lovely nora peppers from Spain. There are about 100 peppers in the string which all have a nice round shape and beautiful deep, rich red colour. Noras are used in many Spanish dishes for the gentle, sweet flavour without much heat and the stunning rich colour. Break them off the string and add to soups, stews, rice etc either whole or break into chunks and discard the seeds either dried or soak to soften first.
