Flakes of sweet, mild red bell peppers, delicious used in place of fresh peppers. The flakes can be crushed or ground to add to a seasoning or dressing or used as they are in a hot liquid to soften and allow the rich colour and sweet flavour to come out.

uses: Add to rice a few minutes before the end of cooking. Add to soups or stews for sweetness and colour.
